As we have been talking and praying about for the past few weeks, the new church in Descartes, France has held their first service on Sunday October 16th. Greg and Nikki Saldi, our missionaries serving there reported that the first service went well and was well attended. There were a total of about 30 people there including 10 from Descartes itself. Let’s be in prayer that the Lord will use this great start as His method for reaching that community! For the past few weeks we have featured posts regarding Greg and Nikki Saldi and the church they are planting in Descartes, France. The church is due to have its first service on October 16. We ask that all of our supporters be in special prayer for the new congregation as it opens its doors.

Last month we told you about the progress that Greg and Nikki Saldi were making on securing the facilities for the church they are planting in Descartes, France. Well, all of our prayers have been answered and they plan to begin using the new worship center on the 16th of this month. Dear friends, I don’t know how it happened, but today I had time to sit down and write! As I sit here it’s great to think of you and pray for you and share what God has been doing through our lives. On a light note, my parents recently visited. It was their first time to Lithuania; they stayed 10 days. And we kept them busy!
