Volodymyr and Tetiana Pidhornyi

Hello, we are Vova (short for Volodymyr) and Tetiana Pidhornyi. I (Vova) was born into a family of believers. I am the 9th of 10 children. I lost my parents early and married Tanya at 19.

Tanya (short for Tetiana) was born in an unbelieving family, grew up without a father, and was the first in her family who came to God.

We are so different, but God united us and gave us two children (Matthew and Elijah). And even before the beginning of our family life, He laid in our hearts the desire to serve others as a whole family! We have a missionary vision and have already had the opportunity to serve in one of the countries of Central Asia.

We were going to go to that country for a long time but the full-scale war in Ukraine has started and we can’t leave the country. So we serve displaced people here. Currently, as with each of us, a lot is not going our way. We are in Ukraine, and now there is a war, but we are so blessed!

We're excited to be able to pitch in at Community Christian Church in Moycullen, a town just a few miles away, and our long-term goal is to eventually plant a church in the village we currently live in. But for now, we're excited to learn about the culture and see where God is leading us next.

Support the Pidhornyis!

We will grow the Kingdom where God plants us!

Now we are in Ukraine, most of our ministry is about helping displaced people, and traveling to the east where people are left without normal living conditions!

As a family, we organize Bible study groups, we go to preach in the East, and we are engaged in the development of the local church!

In our plans, we dream and pray about going to serve in countries where people don't even know who Jesus is!

Support our ministry

It is no secret that from the very beginning of the church Christians have taken an active role in being missionaries and sending missionaries. Yet not all are called to be missionaries. (We are all called to make disciples)

Being a missionary is a calling, but have you ever considered that sending missionaries is also a calling? So what is your calling? Are you the missionary or a missionary sender?

Before, it was simple to work and cover the needs of ministry and family. But as responsibility and ministry increase, there is less and less time left for work. Now, as a family, we need help in evangelization, so we invite you to invest part of your talent in ministry. in Ukraine! And may God bless you and your ministry in your place!

Please consider joining our sending team by partnering with us in prayer and partnering with us financially.
