Why pray?

Prayer is the single most important indicator for gauging our intimacy with the Lord. Through prayer, we have the opportunity to communicate with the Sovereign God of the universe. There is no greater joy in a believer's life than knowing and experiencing the intimate presence of God.

Our missionaries need men and women willing to intercede for them, boldly entering the throne room of grace with confident assurance that the Lord will answer the prayers of His people (Heb. 4:16). Be about the Father's business. Pray that the message of the Gospel would grow like wildfire across the millions of unbelievers in Europe and to the ends of the Earth.

How do I overcome barriers to prayer?

1. Make a conscious decision to pray regularly.

2. Put your prayer time on your calendar.

3. Pray for missionaries specifically by collecting prayer cards for missionaries and praying for one daily.
